What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HubSpot Administrator to lead the configuration, management, and optimisation of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales and marketing initiatives by ensuring a seamless CRM experience, enabling marketing automation, and delivering actionable data insights. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging HubSpot’s full capabilities to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and cross-functional productivity.

What are you expected to do?

CRM Management

  • Configure, customise, and maintain HubSpot CRM to align with business workflows
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all records and pipelines
  • Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot issues

Marketing Automation

  • Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and lead nurturing programs
  • Set up lead scoring models and conversion paths

Sales Enablement

  • Support the sales team with tools including templates, sequences, and productivity dashboards
  • Collaborate on automation solutions to streamline sales processes

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and generate reports to track campaign performance, lead lifecycle stages, and pipeline metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making

Integration Management

  • Manage and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, event platforms, analytics tools)

User Training & Support

  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users
  • Provide ongoing support, create documentation, and update SOPs

Data Management

  • Cleanse, segment, and govern contact databases regularly
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and internal privacy policies

Campaign Support

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support the execution and tracking of multi-channel campaigns, webinars, events, and promotions

You’ll be a great fit if:

Essential

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working as Hubspot Administrator or similar role
  • You have demonstrated experience in managing and optimising HubSpot CRM
  • You have strong grasp of CRM principles, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management
  • You have proficiency in creating workflows, email campaigns, and data reports within HubSpot
  • You have analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • You have clear documentation and SOP writing capabilities
  • You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software)
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for data quality and accuracy
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to identify areas for optimisation
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
