Position Name: Internal Ops Assistant
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location/Type: Peru Remote
Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM EST

As an Internal Ops Assistant, your primary goal will be to support the Internal Ops Team. Operations tasks are not limited and are expected to vary depending on the Business Operations Team's overall workload.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft OS, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must demonstrate good social skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to follow through and follow up effectively. The candidate should also be capable of managing projects within deadlines and budgets while being familiar with the laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry. A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Internal Ops team to ensure vision, projects, and initiatives are implemented on time
  • Create, edit, and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support the Business Operations department tasks
  • Collaborate with the People Ops and other departments if needed
  • Provide real-time feedback on operational structure and processes
  • Update and manage task-tracking and recruitment platforms
  • All other tasks and initiatives assigned by the manager in the best interest of the company and employees
  • Efficiently communicate through instant messaging platforms, phone calls, emails, and a ticketing system.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • English language skills sufficient for professional communication in a business environment
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruption-free video and audio calls

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in the MSP industry
  • Experience working with Breezy, monday.com, Confluence, Teams, Expensify
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • 2 or more years of documentation management
