We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing VA to help manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role will focus heavily on content creation, video editing, and consistent engagement with our online audience. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media marketing, editing, and email list support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and post regularly on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Create and publish 5 short-form videos (shorts/reels) per week
Edit and upload one YouTube video weekly (3–7 minutes in length)
Produce engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Support bi-weekly email newsletter creation and list management
Assist in expanding reach and engagement across all social platforms
Take initiative in content repurposing and trend-based content ideas
Ensure high-quality and visually appealing social media editing

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in social media content creation and management
Strong video editing skills (short-form and long-form content)
Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
Knowledge of best practices for posting and growing content on YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Ability to write compelling captions and support email content
Proficiency in using ChatGPT
Highly organized and consistent with deadlines
Familiarity with YouTube SEO and Wix is considered an advantage.
