  • Document all customer interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Engage in proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with social media management and content updates when needed.

Requirements
