As member of the Campaign Management Team in Optasia, you will be responsible for designing, execute, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for Optasia’s products & services. You will be collaborating with the company’s Commercial, Product, UX, and BI functions to deliver optimal marketing activities to drive incremental revenue for the company’s products & services.

What you will do

  • Develop, execute A/B & multivariate marketing campaigns, for multiple segments and channels to drive incremental revenue
  • Analyze campaign impact & take data driven decisions to adapt Campaign Strategy
  • Continuously optimize content through application of best practices and results
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered in time & effectively, in accordance with the business strategy
  • Work as part of the Campaign Management team to design, personalized, efficient communication strategies across products & services
  • Provide detailed reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations

What you will bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with experience in Copywriting, Proofreading with text/SMS and/or email campaigns
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Background in Google Analytics & Statistics is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Will be considered a plus

  • Experience in Performance Marketing
  • Experience with Content Management System(s)
  • Background in TELCO and/or Banking industries
