The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to take the reins of our Web Division. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You'll play a critical part in shaping operational strategy, improving delivery processes, and scaling team performance as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

Your Core Responsibilities

Oversee the division’s daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish, including resource management and budget tracking.
Develop and optimise internal workflows to drive efficiency and consistency, in line with our proprietary ‘Magic Process’ SoP.
Lead and support a cross-functional team, including developers, project leads, designers, marketers, and technical support.
Track project milestones, performance indicators, and delivery timelines, addressing issues early to keep things on course.
Promote a culture rooted in quality, innovation, and continuous development across all operational layers.
