Intro

As a Senior Data Analyst at FRVR, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize game performance. You will be responsible for everything related to data analysis, proactive insights, business analytics, data visualization, and stakeholder communication while driving the execution of the Data Roadmap. You will also be responsible for leveraging AI in data processes, automating workflows, and upskilling the company in data literacy.

This role requires a data-driven, execution-focused, and AI-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact gaming environment.
 

Challenges & Responsibilities

• Proactive Data Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, especially in gaming.
• Business Analytics: Support key decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights that optimize game performance, player engagement, and monetization.
• Data Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide clear, intuitive insights.
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance analytics capabilities, automate reporting, and improve efficiency.
• Data Roadmap Execution: Drive the implementation of the data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with game designers, product managers, engineers, and executives to provide insights and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Teaching & Coaching: Promote a data-driven culture by mentoring teams on best practices in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3-4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or data science (preferably in gaming).
• Strong experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience in leveraging AI (machine learning models, predictive analytics, or AI-driven automation).
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and drive execution.
• Experience with A/B testing, player behavior analytics, and monetization modeling.
• Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers.
• Passion for gaming and data-driven decision-making.

If you also have these experiences, it will be a bonus:

• Experience with big data technologies (Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Spark).
  
• Knowledge of game telemetry and engagement metrics.
  
• Familiarity with game economy modeling and player segmentation.
  
• Previous experience teaching or mentoring teams in data analytics and AI.
