KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases.
Work with JCP frameworks/integrations as required.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement backend architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of backend experience with PHP and Laravel.
Deep understanding of MySQL and database design.
Experience with JCP (Java Community Process) standards/integrations or Java-based backend systems.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Education and soft skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote/hybrid environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
