Name and description of the hiring department

The Associate must create, validate and monitors all requests in various computer systems. It ensures data integrity, plans and manages requests in a timely manner. She sees to the supply of the material. She is the liaison between Bell Canada and the various stakeholders (Suppliers, partners, internal and external customers). She needs to keep some files up-to-date while providing additional information and support to the different groups involved throughout the work process.

Job Duties / Accountabilities
  • Review all documents to ensure that the information they contain are complete and accurate
  • Analyze, detail, validate and take action to process corrections if required
  • Create, track and close all related files in various systems
  • Provide all relevant information
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, all components related to the delivery of equipment and ensure the installation of configurations
  • Provide status to the various stakeholders on the progress of the supply of the equipment
  • Analyze and produce various reports
  • Deal with customer escalation complaints and requests related to orders and to the equipment
  • Provide support to internal and external clients and create different reminders
  • Evaluate the validity of requests by ensuring that they respect criteria and prioritize accordingly
  • Study differences and eliminate obstacles
  • Analyze, clarify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Identify and resolve any difficulties with different stakeholders
  • Good learning skills
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
  • Knowledge of English and French required
    • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Good knowledge of the external network
  • Practical knowledge of the following systems: CMIS, CMS, ACUT, Job Status Viewer, Click
Working Conditions
  • Work schedule; Monday to Friday, daytime schedule

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
