Job description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Support Developer, will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of these platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping clients optimize their use of our solutions.

Working REMOTELY from any part of México or LATAM, this is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with our talented team.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Power Pages, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
Flexibility to provide occasional weekend support if required (rare but possible)

Desirable / Plus

Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and C#.
Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Office 365.
Knowledge of CRM.
Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on technical support or consulting.

Education

Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
