Strong Junior/Middle React Developer (Ukraine)

We are currently looking for a motivated Strong Junior/Middle React Developer (Ukraine) with 1,5–3 years of experience to join our team for a dynamic product development project. We’re looking for a team player who writes clean, maintainable code and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. A person who can propose appropriate solutions and implement them qualitatively. A person who knows how and is able to communicate with the client.

Project Description:

A service for assessing hard and soft skills for employees. After the assessment, an in-depth analysis of their KPIs is carried out, and their further improvement is planned with the preparation of a roadmap, involving in training.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developer, and QA specialist to build scalable, reusable, and performant React-based interfaces. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced development environment, grow professionally, and contribute to meaningful digital solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1,5–3 years of experience in frontend development with React.js;
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+),ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design;
• Familiarity with React Hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and RESTful APIs;
• Experience with Git version control;
• Using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools to write/improve code
• Intermediate or higher level of English (B1+/B2).

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with TypeScript;
• Using AI in daily life to simplify the working process;
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library);
• Understanding of basic accessibility and performance optimisation practices;
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
