Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (Ukraine)

We seek a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and create impactful digital experiences for web and mobile applications. REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI and/or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• Fluent in English (B2 level minimum).
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, components, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of Design Thinking methodology and its application in product development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex products and make data-driven design decisions.
• Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies, including user research and audience analysis.
• Experience in UI design, with a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Proactive approach, with the ability to think critically, find creative solutions, and confidently articulate design decisions.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals when designing solutions.
• Collaboration skills – ability to work with developers, product managers, and other designers in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept constructive feedback to improve designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and enhance product features, collaborating closely with the team to create new user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Work with the project manager and design team lead to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Communicate effectively with product stakeholders, presenting design challenges and solutions clearly and confidently.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully into your designs, ensuring all perspectives are considered and addressed in the final product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration into the development process.
