Job Description

This exciting virtual assistant role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a successful Airbnb cleaning operation in a premier resort destination. You’ll serve as a key operational coordinator, managing multiple facets of the business including staff communications, client relations, digital marketing campaigns, and scheduling coordination. This position combines administrative excellence with marketing support, utilizing specialized property management software to ensure seamless operations across multiple vacation rental properties. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that drive guest satisfaction and business growth in the competitive short-term rental market.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cleaning staff and property management clients to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to attract new property management clients
  • Utilize Breezeway software to efficiently schedule cleaning services and coordinate property turnovers
  • Process payroll and handle administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison between the company, staff members, and Airbnb property owners

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Breezeway software for scheduling and property management tasks
  • Proven experience creating and managing advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with staff and clients

  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and property schedules effectively
