This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include:
Daily calendar, task, and email management
Travel arrangements
Online research and email summaries
Executive meeting support (minute-taking, tracking action items)
Team task prioritization and status updates
Expense and financial tracking
General administrative tasks
Document and folder organization
Serving as a liaison between the executive and departments
Requirements:
At least 5 years in an executive assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly Regarded Skills:
Industry-specific experience
Background in bookkeeping, finance, operations, HR, or marketing
Experience with advanced scheduling and project management tools
Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
