This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the cornerstone of a strategic lead generation initiative for a thriving real estate business. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you’ll be implementing proven methodologies to identify and qualify potential property sellers through systematic outbound prospecting. You’ll work with battle-tested scripts and processes while having the autonomy to build meaningful relationships with property owners. This role offers the perfect blend of structure and independence, where your communication skills and persistence will directly drive business growth. You’ll be working closely with a sales team that excels in face-to-face interactions, creating a seamless handoff process that maximizes conversion rates and ensures every qualified lead receives expert attention.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to off-market property owners to identify potential sellers and assess their interest in selling
  • Engage property owners in meaningful conversations to determine their willingness to sell and understand their timeline and motivations
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads using proven scripts and templates designed for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain consistent daily call volume targets of 250-300 calls while focusing on quality conversations and relationship building
  • Seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to the face-to-face sales team for in-person consultations and deal closure
  • Track and document call outcomes, lead quality metrics, and conversion data to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead qualification processes based on market feedback


Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, or similar high-volume outbound sales roles
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume calling environments (250-300+ calls daily) while maintaining quality and enthusiasm
  • Experience working with call scripts, lead qualification frameworks, and CRM systems
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
  • Strong familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently in a full-time capacity during standard business hours
  • Goal-oriented mindset with interest in performance-based compensation opportunities
