Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in expanding our market presence and generating qualified leads. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and collaborating with various teams to develop effective marketing strategies that showcase our expertise in the ERP space.


Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy
  • Create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and other channels using graphic design software
  • Develop clear, persuasive copy for various marketing channels that speaks to our target audience.
  • Implement a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning
  • Monitor trends to create relevant and engaging content
  • Create and post content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging

Social Media & Community Management
  • Take the lead on our LinkedIn presence, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute content strategies to increase organic engagement and impressions
  • Grow and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Implement strategies to increase organic inquiries through compelling content and audience interaction

SEO & Digital Advertising
  • Research keywords and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Assist in planning and managing targeted digital advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media promotions.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize CTR (Click-Through Rate) for paid ads to maximize ROI
  • A/B test creatives, ad copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance

Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Track, measure, and report on organic engagement, impressions, inquiries, and ad performance
  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve results
  • Focus on key metrics including organic engagement, organic impressions, organic inquiries, and paid ads CTR

Email Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Help build and optimize our email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage leads through Zoho CRM
  • Manage social media through Zoho Campaigns
  • Develop and manage sales funnels
  • Build effective lead magnets to capture potential clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with our NetSuite and Acumatica product teams to translate technical information into compelling marketing messages
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design (portfolio required during application)
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging marketing copy
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and social media analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Work US hours

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for marketing (experience creating custom GPTs is a plus)
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website content management
  • Understanding of social media advertising platforms and analytics
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  • Experience in A/B testing methodologies and implementation
  • Experience managing leads through Zoho CRM.
  • Experience with Zoho Campaigns for social media management
  • Skills in developing and managing sales funnels
  • Experience building effective lead magnets to capture potential clients.
  • Experience with video editing and production
