Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Acumatica consultant to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements and ensuring successful Acumatica implementations. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to guide clients in maximizing the potential of their Acumatica investment. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Discovery & Analysis: Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs, identify gaps, and define project scope for Acumatica implementations.

  • Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Acumatica solutions that optimize client workflows and meet their specific business requirements.

  • Implementation & Deployment : Manage the implementation process of Acumatica, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Acumatica modules.

  • Testing & Training: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure a smooth system transition for Acumatica implementations. Provide user training and ensure user adoption of the new Acumatica system.

  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live for their Acumatica system, addressing any issues and assisting with system optimization.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs related to Acumatica.

  • Delivery Process Development: In collaboration with the founding team, develop and document efficient and scalable processes for the Delivery team, ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery experience for future Acumatica clients.


Requirements
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of full end to end implementation in Acumatica (at least 10 new implementations)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Acumatica implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of Acumatica functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry modules. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
  • Acumatica-specific industry badges (Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution, etc.) or Acumatica business consultant badge is a strong plus.
  • A Masters degree in Business Administration or relevant field is considered an asset.

  • What to Expect? : Delivery Director or a senior member of the technical team evaluates candidates' understanding of Acumatica functionality, consulting and client management skills. 
Stage 5: Case Round
  • Duration: 45 Mins
    What to Expect? :Candidates are presented with a real-world Acumatica implementation challenge or scenario. They are given time to review the case study and develop a solution or strategy to address the problem.
