About the Role

The Social Media & Outreach Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing innovative outreach and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, a passion for social media, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsabilities

Social Media Management 
  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Video. 

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, track key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), and generate regular reports.

  • Actively participate in relevant online communities and industry conversations.

  • Respond to social media comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.


Outreach, Lead Generation, and Lead Nurturing:
  • Identify and target key audiences for outreach and lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, leveraging tools like Salesforce.

  • Conduct research and identify potential partners and collaborators.


Content Creation & Curation:
  • Create compelling and engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.

  • Curate relevant industry content and share it with the company's social media audience.

  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.


Salesforce Administration:
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor campaign performance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Salesforce CRM.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce workflows and processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or digital outreach.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
