We are currently searching for a Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer:

Responsibilities:

Manage and support Session Border Controller (SBC) technologies (e.g., Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, Cisco).
Administer and maintain telephone exchange systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco).
Lead SBC service migrations, including upgrades and platform transitions.
Monitor and troubleshoot voice network infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize voice communication systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SBC technologies (Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, or Cisco).
3+ years of experience administering telephony systems (Avaya, Cisco, or similar).
Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and database management.
Experience with SBC service migrations (upgrades, platform changes).
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).

Desired:

Certifications in Avaya, Cisco, or Audiocodes SBC solutions.
Experience configuring multi-vendor SBC environments.
Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and network security.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
