• 1、有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略，制定个人绩效计划，确保市场推广目标的完成及超越完成。
• 2、目标区域开展日常拜访及宣传推广工作，合理安排客户拜访，与目标区域客户保持良好长期的合作关系。
• 3、及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。
• 4、严格执行公司各项市场活动，了解竞争产品最新动态，准确传递产品信息。
• 5、监控目标区域市场动向，及时向地区经理/主管汇报。
• 6、遵守公司合规

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1、大学本科医药相关专业学历以上，从业1年医药相关经验以上，血液肿瘤、特药背景优先，有外企经验、既往业绩优秀者优先。
• 2、具备强自驱力、专业性、抗压能力强；有团队合作及合规意识
