Summary:

Field Marketing Executive Distribution End Users focuses mostly on visiting end-users, supervised by dealer sales representatives, and organizing big events/fairs, innovation days, and tours.

Mostly, this person will be acting as a technical demonstrator with certain sales targets to achieve.

We are looking for a person located in the south part of Romania and being able to work within that region.

Main Taks:

  • Maintain regular communication with sales representatives from our dealers and visit end-users daily (primarily automotive workshops servicing passenger cars, vans, trucks, cargo vehicles, agricultural equipment, and maintenance facilities)
  • Check availability, inventory, and pricing in the partner’s systems. Ideally, facilitate direct orders for end-users through the dealer's system.
  • Work closely with the JSS Team and assist them in activities involving key accounts or international end-users.
  • Initiate, organize, and manage open-day and pop-up events at our partner's branches to boost sales.
  • Collect data from our partners regarding slow-moving products and devise targeted strategies to enhance sell-out opportunities.
  • Engage in motorsport events, develop brand activation initiatives for end-users, and promote sales kits. Availability to work on certain weekends is required (time off during the week instead)
  • Take an active part in all automotive events, agricultural fairs, or county tours, including setting up booths, showcasing automotive tools, and facilitating the sale of Milwaukee products.

  • technical secondary school or technical university graduate; can also be a final year student
  • Frist B2B sales/ technical sales experience will be a big advantage
  • Your motivation and willingness to learn about our new products and technical solutions
  • Communication and presentation skills, as well as easiness in establishing contacts
  • Clean driving license (B)
  • For those speaking English a possibility to participate in the European Absolvent Program (but English is not essential)
  • You are not required to be familiar with power tools- there will be full support and a variety of product trainings, however- you will need to be ambitious, hard-working and passionate to get up to speed with your career
