Robusta is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany. 

Position Overview

We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive - someone hungry, driven, and ready to play a pivotal role in how we grow. Not quite a manager yet, but way beyond an entry-level executive, you'll lead end-to-end deal processes with clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the broader Middle East, and Europe. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about software, skilled at reading client pain points, and motivated by closing meaningful deals that fuel real growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: from prospecting and qualification to pitch, proposal, and closure
  • Build relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across various sectors
  • Collaborate with Robusta's internal business owners, product, and engineering teams to craft solutions that truly fit
  • Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs and translate them into tailored proposals
  • Prepare compelling decks, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Maintain a healthy and visible pipeline via CRM, with clear forecasting and reporting
  • Keep a close eye on markets we operate in - staying sharp on trends, competitors, and client challenges
  • Work toward aggressive but achievable sales targets, with full support from our growth and delivery teams

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B software sales, consulting, or tech-enabled services
  • A strong grasp of software and digital transformation - you're not an engineer, but you get it
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - both verbal and written
  • Strategic thinking and structured approach to solving client challenges
  • Confident using CRMs and productivity tools
