Job description

A company specializing in the development and distribution of survival systems is looking for a German-speaking CRM Process Analyst to support the analysis and improvement of CRM-related business processes. The role involves close collaboration with both the client and internal teams, focusing primarily on data management, system migrations, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements:
