As an Integration Support Specialist, you will manage and support the daily operations of system integrations across various platforms. This role focuses on monitoring integration workflows, resolving incidents, assisting in issue triage, and ensuring business critical data flows operate reliably and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot integration workflows and interfaces across systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, E-commerce sites, cloud platforms).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data accuracy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for integration related incidents, investigating and escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with integration engineers, developers, and application support teams to ensure quick resolution of integration problems.
  • Maintain integration logs, error queues, and job statuses. Provide root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
  • Support scheduled jobs, ETL processes, APIs, and middleware components used for data synchronisation.
  • Perform basic configuration, deployment, and testing of integration patches and updates under guidance from senior staff.
  • Document recurring issues, operational processes, and standard support procedures for integrations.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of new or modified integrations.
  • Ensure integration support activities comply with IT standards, data governance, and security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of systems integration concepts, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and incident management workflows.
  • Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, SQL) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Advantageous or Nice to haves:

  • Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Celigo, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
  • Hands-on integration experience in e-commerce environments
  • Using NetSuite for system integrations and workflows.
