BDR – SaaS CRM & Marketing | $70K–$80K Base (FTE) + Bonus
Location: Remote (East Coast AU preferred)

Now we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn a name on a list into a meaningful connection.

What You’ll Sell:

A platform that solves real pain for a niche that’s been overlooked:

  • A CRM built specifically for direct sellers
  • Marketing automation that’s actually easy to use
  • Seamless integration with social platforms, ecommerce, and ERPs
  • Tools that help sellers scale without tech overwhelm

It’s purpose-built, clean, and makes sense the moment people see it—so your pitch isn’t a hard sell. It’s a finally, someone gets it moment.

What You’ll Do:

Pick up the phone, start real conversations, and open doors.

  • Book meetings with decision-makers at direct selling companies
  • Call warm leads from curated lists—no endless scraping or guessing
  • Follow up like a pro—organized, thoughtful, and consistent
  • Track your work in CRM and build momentum week by week
  • Help a growing community of sellers ditch clunky systems and get back to what they do best
  • Later on, run short, practical demos that show real value (no jargon required)

This is outbound done right—with the tools, product, and support you actually need to win.

What You’ll Earn:

$70,000–$80,000 base (FTE, pro-rata to your schedule)

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
