Key responsibilities:

  • Updating employee records on the file server and company database.
  • Completing employee onboarding tasks and updating skills and license expiry dates.
  • Liaising with employees regarding ticket expiries and managing communication via phone and email.
  • Running daily and bi-weekly reports as well as managing the SmartAI program for compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Updating employee records on file server and company database
  • Coding licenses and tickets as per company naming conventions
  • Completing employee onboarding tasks by transferring information from onboarding system to file server and database
  • Updating skills & license expiry dates in employee database
  • Liaising with employees on ticket expiries and updating file server records and database with new license and expiry date
  • Answering phone calls, emails and SMS on weekends
  • Actioning on call requirements such as email employees flight details etc
  • Cross check manning spreadsheets against company database
  • Updating and adding employee resumes to PGC Resume template
  • Running reports on a daily and bi- weekly basis as well as other adhoc reports as required
  • Admin of SmartAI program for database & compliance management
