Responsibilities:

Maintain data and analytic model structures that support agency goals.
Perform analysis of data sets in support of operational performance improvements.
Translate data analytics into coherent reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Establish new reporting dashboards that are interactive, creative, and have professional visual graphics.
Integrate data sources through programmatic interfaces (Python/APIs) for efficiency.
Participate in gathering requirements and collaborating with customers to understand business problems and find the best way to visualize outcomes.
Participate as a value-added contributor to the client.
Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.

Expected Skills:

Technical experience working with data for the purpose of analysis and reporting (3-5 years).
Data presentation skills (reporting) with experience in Microsoft PowerBI (3-5 years).
Experience with data management, database administration, and common data interfaces/API (3 years).
The ability to translate business requirements into productive dashboards and reports (3 years).
Experience with analysis through automation and the use of Python, SQL, R, Java, and other data languages (3 years).
Able to work autonomously and without assistance.
Able to manage highly complex work efforts.
