At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide our team in effectively adopting Agile practices to deliver high-quality results. By spearheading communication between the client and the team, you ensure that client goals are met. You will leverage your expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies to create a productive and harmonious working environment, aligning with CI&T's values of Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation. Your bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will play a critical role in facilitating client interactions.

Key responsibilities

Lead Agile practices and ceremonies to enhance team performance.

Spearhead communication with clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Develop Roadmap and Delivery Plans to drive successful project execution.

Report project progress to clients and propose strategic approaches to meet their goals.

Navigate and adapt to a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

Conduct and manage Sprints with CI&T teams and external clients.

Proven experience in creating strong rapports with clients.

Expertise in bridging Business, Technical, and Process perspectives.

Proficiency in developing Roadmap and Delivery Plans.

In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
