 Vice President – Services Group

15+ years in senior roles within field services, industrial construction, or maintenance.

Location: Flexible U.S. location with travel to field operations and key customer sites

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, TransTech Group

Position Summary

TransTech Group seeks a proven executive to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our field and industrial services businesses across North America. The VP– Services Group will oversee all operations including installation, maintenance, construction, I&E services, retrofit, turnaround, and emergency response. This leader will scale our national service platform, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

· Develop and execute strategy for long-term growth, integration, and profitability.

· Drive expansion into new markets such as renewables, data centers, and LNG/RNG.

· Support cross-sell initiatives and integration of acquired service businesses.

Operational & Service Excellence

· Lead project execution, field operations, and service delivery.

· Ensure safety, compliance, and quality performance across the Services Group.

· Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and process improvements for efficiency and margin gains.

Team Leadership & Culture

· Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary service team.

· Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.

· Drive workforce development and technician training programs.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

· Act as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

· Oversee resolution of service escalations and project recovery initiatives.

· Promote TransTech’s brand and capabilities to strategic partners and customers.

Financial & Business Management

· Own Services Group P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.

· Identify and implement cost-saving and margin improvement initiatives.

· Align performance with company goals and shareholder expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years in senior roles within field services, industrial construction, or maintenance. • Proven P&L leadership of a $100M+ business with distributed teams.

• Deep expertise in safety, field operations, project execution, and technical delivery. • Experience with ASME-regulated environments and lifecycle equipment services preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field required. • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
