Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify new potential customers through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and strategic social selling techniques.

  • Sales Engagement: Connect with prospective clients, clearly communicate our clinic's unique services, and schedule high-quality appointments with healthcare professionals.

  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately record client interactions, and regularly update CRM records to ensure up-to-date reporting and performance tracking.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize sales performance metrics to consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Sales Development or similar role, ideally within a healthcare, wellness, or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse decision-makers.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in leveraging data for improved sales outcomes.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment.
