OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, quantitative analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) program design and optimization. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.

We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-driven Marketing and Communications Associate to help us keep marketing initiatives on track and moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, knows how to rally people around deadlines, and brings a strong marketing instinct to the table. You’ll be the engine behind campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives responsible for turning plans into action and action into results. This is a full time, remote position working EST hours.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning, Campaign Execution, and Content Management:

  • Support the CX and internal communications teams in campaign planning and execution, including internal communications content and newsletters

  • Conduct discovery to identify communication needs and develop strategies for effective dissemination across the organization.

  • Lead the development of engaging, data-driven communications campaigns.

  • Curate and maintain content in internal platforms, including routine uploads, tagging, and taxonomy refinement.

Brand & Reporting Alignment:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining reporting standards (e.g., design, layout, tone) for cross-platform consistency.

  • Help develop and maintain delivery guidelines to preserve brand integrity.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process and content improvement.

  • Support the strategy and template development for self-service platforms such as Medallia and Tableau.

  • Provide guidance on leveraging these tools for internal reporting and communication needs.
