Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support and Social Media Assistant to manage client interactions, reply to comments/messages, and help with social media content creation and uploads. A mix of beginner-level design knowledge and communication skills is required.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client queries via social media, email, and comments.
Cold Calling to international clients.
Handle DMs and maintain positive engagement with followers.
Create simple graphics/posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Schedule and upload posts to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Report on social media activity and feedback trends.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Experience managing social media accounts is a plus.
Friendly, patient, and professional tone in customer interactions.
Strong English spoken skills
