About the Role
Are you a passionate Localization Engineer driven to build automation and improve efficiency? Join our team to configure tools, automate translation workflows, and optimize processes. In this role, you will be a key player in data analysis, pipeline creation, and dashboard development, monitoring operational health, and driving continuous improvements. You will work with AuditBoard's internal software engineering teams, Product, Customer Success, translators, and program managers to ensure that AuditBoard's product experiences are continuously localized to international markets. You will work cross-functionally and will develop and maintain software tools that provide a localized experience across markets and products in a standard, consistent way.

Responsibilities
Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows to ensure a precise and efficient localization process for international expansion
Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support localization operations and enhance efficiency
Implement automation solutions to deliver immediate and tactical results
Own end-to-end issue management, triage, prioritization, effective communication with requesters, and lead thorough investigations to successful bug/error resolution and delivery
Review and monitor data for issues on assigned projects, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Assist non-technical team members with implementing solutions
Maintain documentation of changes and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of prior experience in software localization/internationalization
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS programming languages
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
A working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes)
Experience with UNIX systems and scripting languages (e.g. Python, bash)
Experience with GitHub Actions-based CI and testing frameworks
Familiar with Machine Learning/LLM and AI-driven translation services
Experience with Ember.js
Skills in reading, writing, and speaking languages other than English
