Job description

Integration meets innovation

Celigo is a modern integration and automation platform (iPaaS) on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Purpose-built for mission-critical processes, Celigo offers unique tools such as runtime AI and prebuilt integrations tailored to resolve the biggest integration challenges, making Celigo incomparably easier to maintain.

Celigo’s partner channel is the force multiplier behind our next stage of growth. We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades builder who can turn big ideas into repeatable programs and polished assets—so our teams can recruit stellar partners, ramp them fast, keep Celigo top-of-mind, and grow revenue while delighting our mutual customers. You’ll have a hand on every touchpoint that makes partners successful.

Design scalable partner programs

  • Own the onboarding journey, from “welcome” to first certified consultant
  • Build and refresh Partner Welcome Kits (program guide, process map, systems cheat sheet)
  • Help build modular enablement paths—live bootcamps, on-demand courses, demo-in-a-box—working with Celigo University and technical SMEs

Keep Celigo top-of-mind

  • Organize a steady cadence of partner-facing webinars: quarterly Town Halls, product deep dives, GTM clinics
  • Adapt corporate marketing materials and campaigns for the partner audience
  • Support the execution of joint events and programs that drive pipeline for Celigo and our partners

Enable partner sales & marketing teams

  • Help build and polish deck flow, story arcs, and talk tracks
  • Help design and build cadences that keep Celigo in every rep’s line of sight
  • Package success stories and best practices into shareable playbooks

Drive mutual customer success

  • Co-design retention and expansion programs with the Partner Success team
  • Turn learnings into repeatable toolkits that raise adoption, CSAT, and lifetime value

Own assets

  • Develop and own the library of recruiting decks, ROI calculators, one-pagers, vertical overlays, and web copy
  • Track usage; retire or refresh assets quarterly to keep everything crisp and current

Jump on what’s next

  • Tackle urgent gaps—new toolkits, field requests, event support—without waiting to be asked
  • Collaborate with Partner Ops wherever possible

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing partner programs, partnerships, or channel sales, with a focus on program strategy, execution, and management.
  • Proven experience in a senior role with direct responsibility for managing and expanding partner programs, ideally in a similar industry (e.g., technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing partner relationships, including negotiating agreements and driving revenue growth through partnerships.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $140,000 and $160,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Why Celigo

  • Celigo is a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS, a 2025 Gartner Customer Choice for iPaaS, a G2 iPaaS Leader, and a recognized leader in AI.
  • Remote-first culture
  • Competitive compensation
  • High-growth, collaborative, and inclusive work environment

  • Generous benefits package, including parental leave
  • Monthly tech stipend
  • Recognition opportunities
