We are hiring at InnQuest Software, a global leader in hospitality property management solutions, for a highly ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in North American!
InnQuest (RoomMaster) Software is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across independent hotels and lodging properties. This role is a critical part of our mission to expand InnQuest’s footprint in the hospitality industry by winning new customers – particularly standalone properties and smaller portfolios that are not part of larger management groups.
We’re looking for a proven closer with a strong hunter mentality, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of urgency. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, demoing, and converting new hotel prospects through a combination of outbound efforts, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategy.
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new logos and grow ARR through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and full-cycle deal management. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed activity KPIs, sales quotas, and performance metrics.
