Job Summary:
At Help at Home, we believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. The People Experience Analyst helps ensure their voices are heard, their experiences are understood, and their feedback leads to action. This role supports the broader Experience Team by managing employee feedback data, building user-friendly dashboards, and helping turn insights into improvements across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role that supports multiple internal teams and helps bring to life our Culture of Caring—making sure every employee, especially those in the field, feels seen, supported, and valued.
