Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle IDCS Consultant to support the planning, design, deployment, and management of identity and access management solutions using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). The consultant will play a key role in integrating cloud and on-premise identity infrastructures, automating user lifecycle management, and ensuring secure single sign-on (SSO) and access control across enterprise applications.

Responsibility
  • Design and implement Oracle IDCS-based IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

  • Develop and manage integrations with on-premise systems like Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

  • Configure and manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control using IDCS.

  • Use REST APIs and SCIM for identity lifecycle and reconciliation tasks.

  • Implement and maintain authentication protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

  • Configure application templates for SAML, OAuth 2.0, and mobile apps in IDCS.

  • Enable and manage Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning via federated identity setups.

  • Support security audits, compliance reporting, and governance with Oracle Identity Governance tools.

  • Monitor IDCS services and troubleshoot integration, access, and authentication issues.

  • Collaborate with enterprise security, DevOps, and application teams to align identity strategy with business needs.



Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience working with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).

  • Proven expertise with identity federation, SSO, OAuth2.0, SAML2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols.

  • Experience with IDCS-OIM integration, including the use of the IDCS Connector.

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, multi-tenancy, and microservices architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs for identity and access integration.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Public Cloud, and hybrid IAM strategies.

  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Security or Identity Management are a plus.
