  • Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday 9am to 6pm, with 1 hr unpaid break

Job Description

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic short-term rental operation, balancing high-tech efficiency with warm hospitality. You’ll manage guest communications, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to marketing efforts that showcase our properties to a global audience. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, property management, and digital marketing, providing an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in the rapidly evolving short-term rental industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage guest inquiries and communications from 9 AM to 10 PM, ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice organization and document management
  • Coordinate property logistics, from guest check-ins to maintenance scheduling
  • Create engaging social media content to boost property visibility and guest engagement
  • Assist with website updates and basic SEO optimization to enhance online presence
  • Liaise with property owners, cleaning staff, and maintenance teams
  • Monitor and fine-tune automated booking and communication systems
  • Provide swift support for urgent guest issues
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives and efficiency improvements
