Livestream Operator (Remote | AU Timezone)

Permanent Work From Home | Flexible Hours

We are an Australia-based company seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Livestream Operators to support our growing online operations. This remote position is perfect for individuals who are confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless and engaging livestream experiences. As a Livestream Operator, you’ll play a key role in directing livestream sessions, supporting on-screen talent, and managing the overall viewer experience. This is a permanent work-from-home role with performance-based growth opportunities.

Schedule

Flexible hours based on talent availability
Expected to manage 3–4 livestreams per week
Each stream lasts approximately 7–9 hours
Must be available to work during Australia Time Zone (AEST/AEDT)

Key Responsibilities

Direct and assist livestream talent during pre-live setups and during live broadcasts
Monitor and moderate chat activity, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
Oversee technical elements of the stream (camera angles, lighting, internet stability, sound checks, etc.)
Deliver real-time instructions to on-screen talent and follow live scripts when needed
Prepare and submit post-stream performance summaries and reports
Troubleshoot technical or production issues in real-time to minimize disruptions

Requirements

Prior experience in video streaming (as a host, technical operator, producer, or team member)
Comfortable giving live directions and managing real-time events
Excellent multitasking and decision-making skills under pressure
Fluent in written and spoken English (communication will be assessed during screening)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities
Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC capable of handling livestream operations
Must be able to work in sync with AEST/AEDT time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Based in AU-friendly regions: Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, etc.
Dual monitor setup is highly preferred
Previous experience in the adult livestreaming or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required
Ability to work around shifting or last-minute schedule changes
Outgoing, confident, and adaptable to various personalities and situations
