This is a remote position.
Drive business growth through strategic outbound calling to a database of 50,000+ potential clients
Identify and engage key decision-makers in talent acquisition and HR roles
Schedule qualified appointments based on immediate hiring needs and business opportunities
Maintain accurate records and update prospect information in the Odoo CRM system
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through professional, consistent communication
Track and report daily calling activities and appointment conversion rates
Support ongoing improvement of prospect database and targeting strategies
Prior experience in telemarketing for the recruitment industry or a similar B2B appointment-setting role
Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral and professional accent
Strong ability to engage C-level executives and HR professionals confidently
Proven success in meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals
Proficient in using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional phone etiquette and a strong customer service mindset
