About the role:

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-backed solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

Analyze operational processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop, automate, and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Proactively suggest and implement process automations and workflow optimizations.
Support operational projects with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
(Optional/Nice to have) Use Python for data processing, workflow automation, and report generation.

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
Excellent knowledge of SQL — you should be comfortable writing advanced queries and subqueries.
A strong passion for automation and operational efficiency.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and business process analysis.
Python experience is a strong plus (for data manipulation, automation, or analytics).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the iGaming industry is plus.
