🎨 Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Manager to support campaign strategy and execution for a portfolio of multiple clients. You will be a key part of the Paid Media team, helping drive our customers' growth through data-driven campaign strategies that deliver tangible business results. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical paid media experience while working on exciting clients with a world-class team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Under the guidance of our Paid Media Lead, you will:

  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels, based on a client's business objectives, media plan and growth strategy
  • Conduct regular reporting by creating weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key activities, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations
  • Troubleshoot campaigns by identifying and resolving campaign delivery issues, targeting parameters, or performance fluctuations quickly and efficiently
  • Stay current with platform updates by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new features, best practices, and algorithm changes across all advertising platforms
  • Develop an excellent understanding of our customers' business by deeply understanding how their product works, analysing competition and market trends and understanding purchase behaviour in order to drive excellent campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with other team members to drive paid media campaigns success (Creative Strategist, Measurement & Analytics Expert)

Requirements

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in paid media management (working for a brand, an agency or freelancing)
  • You know how to turn a business objective into a marketing strategy and can demonstrate a proven record of doing so in your past work
  • You've worked with cross-functional teams and know how to gather multiple skills (i.e. creatives, data) to launch integrated marketing campaigns
  • You are fully certified on Google Ads and Meta (we'll require Google Search, Display, Apps and Video certifications, as well as Meta Media Buying Professional certification)
  • You are comfortable with Web & App attribution and can pull cross-channel campaign reports using Google Analytics 4 or Mobile Attribution tools (i.e. Adjust, AppsFlyer)
  • You're eager to learn and have the ability to quickly up-skill on new platforms (AI platforms, new paid media channels, analytics tools, etc.)

⭐️ Bonus:

  • You have already worked with large brands investing > $20k / month in digital advertising, have made costly mistakes and are able to explain your learnings during interviews 😉
  • You have experience working with apps, particularly Fintechs or Banks and have a track record of executing full-funnel user acquisition and retention campaigns for apps
  • You have experience working with Programmatic Ad Networks, such as Google Marketing Platform (DV360), or other programmatic ad networks
