Sales Analytics Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Work with internal stakeholders and Strategy & Operations team to create scalable and repeatable reporting on KPIs, QBRs, ad-hoc analyses
• Create and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau dashboards that allow us to measure and effectively execute strategies that guide the APAC region to actions and investment
• Provide support on APAC fiscal year planning - territory assignment, system launch, quota assignment, consolidation
• Lead efforts to standardize processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Tableau, Customer data) to enable accurate and efficient data collection and management of the company’s sales efforts
• Comfortable working with SQL, with the ability to build queries from scratch and conduct analytical deepdives
• Work closely with other Strategy & Operations team members to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization and cross-functions

What You Will Bring:

• BS degree, preferably with a post graduate degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry experience or demonstrable applied knowledge of working with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau or other data visualization software, Salesforce, SQL (large data sets/data warehousing).
• The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, set and meet deadlines, and deliver insightful analysis and/or models
• Keen attention to detail while completing complex tasks
• Open, growth mindset and high degrees of self motivation, fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment
• 4 years of relevant Sales Analytics experience preferably in a SaaS/Cloud company
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Advanced to intermediate SQL proficiency
• Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding
