Remote Customer Service Role in Greece Danish Language

Location: Remote (within Greece)

Training Start Date: 16 June 2025
Contract Type: Full-time (40h/week)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday between 10:00 and 22:00 (rotating shifts)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent (Danish speaker), you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a premium brand. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product features, orders, installations, and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues with professionalism and accuracy
  • Manage service requests and escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Log all interactions in the system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain brand standards and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Legally eligible to work in Greece
