The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our expanding Sales team. In this role, you'll manage our Salesforce CRM, streamline sales operations, and play a key role in reporting and marketing campaign success. If you have a passion for data management and enjoy optimizing processes, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
CRM Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our Salesforce CRM, especially during company changes like mergers and acquisitions.
Territory Optimization: Help manage balanced, efficient territories for 20+ sales directors.
Reporting & Analysis: Support the creation of reports and dashboards for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing to track and optimize campaign performance.
Sales Enablement: Assist in responding to RFPs, maintaining proposal templates, and preparing presentations.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM management (Salesforce experience preferred).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas).
Familiarity with marketing tools like ZoomInfo and Pardot is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
