Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Lead UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces and applications. You will convert design specifications into functioning front-end code and ensure seamless integration with backend services. Collaborating closely with UX designers and development teams, you will focus on delivering intuitive and efficient user experiences. You will be expected to maintain UI consistency, optimize for performance and scalability, and lead usability testing and enhancements. The role also includes mentoring team members, maintaining design guidelines, and ensuring best practices in UI/UX design. Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential. A deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization is required. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is also expected. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Git, and experience working in security-conscious environments is preferred. Knowledge of identity and access management technologies (SSO, Kerberos, LDAP) is a plus.
