This is a remote position.
A reputable accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory firm is seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to its team. This full-time role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth daily operations and support staff across departments.
Manage and respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and messages.
Coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and calendars for the team.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
Assist with scheduling and follow-ups to support workflow and deadlines.
Collaborate remotely with colleagues to support ongoing administrative needs.
Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably remote.
MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
Available to work during Eastern Time business hours.
