Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Administrative Assistant 

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm New York time

  • Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST)


Responsibilities
  • Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping.

  • Prepare detailed reports and draft presentation templates using tools like Google Slides.

  • Address and respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms.

  • Prepare and organize sales invoices, contracts, and other financial documents.

  • Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and other databases.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement and optimize administrative processes.




Requirements

  • Strong written English proficiency and effective communication skills.

  • Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

  • Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
