Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)


Scope:

  • 20-34 hours per week

  • Remote position

  • Email-based communication (no phone calls required)

  • Direct reporting to organization leadership

  • Flexible schedule within business hours





Responsibilities
:

  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office suite and Excel

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce database

  • Handle email communications with customers and stakeholders

  • Assist with social media management

  • Support general administrative tasks and operations

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems

  • Handle document preparation and management



Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Social media platform knowledge

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Experience with digital collaboration tools

  • Professional communication style
