Job description

• Manage participant enquiries and trainer queries via email using established templates and tone
• Coordinate online logistics for both in-house and public training events, including room bookings, trainer liaison, and catering arrangements
• Maintain and update internal databases related to event scheduling and participant records
• Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as tasks are completed
• Assist with ad-hoc admin projects such as vendor research or trainer recruitment tasks
• Provide general administrative support to free up business owner’s time for strategic growth
